Our Mission

MISSION

The Sabrina Noelle Foundation’s mission is to promote and provide activities which aim to address mental well-being for young adults/ teens.  

VISION

We strive for a world where mental health is given the same spotlight as physical health and where emotional therapy is as socially acceptable as physical therapy. Our goal is to create conversations and activities where mental enrichment is thoroughly integrated into everyday life.  

Together we can fight this stigma.

ACTIVITIES

We do this by:

• providing a safe place for teens and young adults to express themselves.
• creating exercise classes that introduce young adults to more than just organized sports (and that it is for anyone!).
• supporting those in creative environment and recognizing the positive benefits of art as therapy to their mental wellbeing.
• providing a platform (for those interested) to sell their creations.

The Sabrina Noelle Foundation proceeds go toward scholarships, gym rental, art & office expenses and events.
